It is situated adjacent to a vineyard and plum farm in the tiny hamlet of St Leger, one mile from Villeneuve de Duras and only a short drive from the bustling market towns of Duras and Ste Foy La Grande.

There is a secluded front terrace which is ideal for sun worshippers or, if you prefer a good book and a glass of wine in a shady spot, the magnificent tall trees in the 1-acre garden provide a cool haven.

The 10m x 4m private heated swimming pool, which is well maintained by the owners, is fenced by post and rail and wire mesh and a child proof cover that complies with the latest French regulations regarding pool security has been added for child safety and is open May to end September.
