The villa is detached with established gardens on three sides. Parking is off the road, in front of the garage. The décor and furnishings in the villa are all of a very high standard. As the owners live in the villa during the Winter months, they think you will find on visiting that it is more of a home from home than a holiday home.

• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and electric hob and oven. French windows open onto the covered terrace and large back garden containing sun lounges, table, chairs.
• Large well established garden with 2 patio areas – the first is open for sunbathing and dining Alfresco, the other covered to provide shade on a hot Provencal afternoon.
• Lounge with TV (English channels), airconditioning and French windows leading into front garden.
• Bathroom  with bath and shower.
• Separate WC.
• Two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.
• One twin bedroom.

• All bedding provided, including quilts and covers, sheets, pillows and pillowcases. Please note that towels are NOT provided.

From the village of Cabasse you have a wonderful opportunity to explore many of the most beautiful villages in Provence such as Cotignac, Entrecasteaux and Lorgues.

This villa is the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. From wine tasting in one of the many local vineyards, exploring the renowned coastline and beaches around St. Tropez or taking in the magnificent and stunning scenery of the Verdon Gorge (Europes Grand Canyon) with its lakeside beaches and watersports.

Alternatively you may simply want to take a relaxing riverside picnic and lounge under the trees in true French style, just a 2 minute walk from the Villa.
