Stay in this modern apartment, which is situated in the medieval town of Grasse, perfume capital of the world, in the hinterland of the Cote D'Azur behind Cannes. From the spacious balcony enjoy delightful views of hilltop villages and tantalizing glimpse of the azure blue Mediterranean.

This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area fifteen minutes walk from Grasse centre which has all the facilities, plus several bars and restaurants; a medieval cathedral, where you will find paintings by Rubens and Fragonard, and of course perfume shops!

• Large south facing terrace - overlooking swimming pool with patio furniture and lighting.

First floor

• Full size mezzanine bedroom - with king size double bed.
• Bath/shower room - with walk-in wardrobe.

An open plan staircase leads to the Mezzanine bedroom. We regret the apartment is not suitable for young children because of the open plan staircase.

• Cannes - 20kms - Yachts, Palais de Festivals, home to the Cannes film festival, Designer shopping.
• Nice - 42kms - Flower market in the Cour de Saleya.
• Nice old town - Many restaurants serving Provencal cuisine.
• Monaco - Playtime for adults, visit the casino in Monte Carlo. For the children - the oceanographic museum in Monaco Ville. Also the Palace in Monaco ville.
