Charming Villa with Magnificent Sea View

The house is situated between Nice and Monaco in the hills of Beaulieu. It has a stunning 180 degree sea view from the terrace and the pool area, overlooking Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. The house was totally renovated in 2003, and has a beautiful new kitchen. The house is furnished in Scandinavian style and has a total of 100 square meters living space. There is a private pool next to the house.

Situated in a quite residential area, the property has full privacy. It is an ideal base, which offers easy access to the beaches at Cap Ferrat, close to Nice – Eze, Villefrance Beaulieu and Monaco. The location close to the sea and in 300 meter altitude offers a perfect temperature with a mild breeze coming from the ocean.

The property is located at the end of a private road approximately two kilometre from the village of Col de Villefrance. It is built on the south facing side of a small mountain and provides stunning views of the sea and harbors in Beauleau and Saint Jean. Normally it is a family summer home for a Danish family.

Holiday Accommodation at Charming Villa

The 3 bedroom house is on one level with easy access to the pool and to the 30 square meter covered terrace overlooking the sea. Accommodation comprises:

  • The main entrance - with a hallway, which leads to:
  • Kitchen - (American). Fully equipped kitchen in connection with the living room and with direct access to the veranda overlooking the sea. The kitchen is new and equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
  • Living Room and Dining Area - (25 sqm). This room has direct access to the swimming pool area and is equipped with stereo, video and a BandO television.
  • Separate WC
  • Bathroom - with shower, WC and 2 wash basins.
  • First Bedroom - (20 sqm) with double bed (180 x 200).
  • Second Bedroom - (14 sqm). 2 single beds together (180 x 200).
  • Third Bedroom - (12 sqm) with a double bed (180 x 200) and a small ensuite shower room. This bedroom has patio doors to the covered terrace, and a sea view.

Outside

In the garden there is a covered terrace (40 sqm) with barbecue. There are large south facing patio doors that lead directly from the living room onto the terrace, which overlook the sea and offer a most fascinating and fantastic view.

The pool measures 10 metres by 4 metres and is between 1.2 to 2.4 metres deep. The pool is NOT enclosed therefore care must be taken with small children around the pool area. The area around the house and pool is covered with tiles.

About Villefranche Sur Mer in Alpes-Maritimes, Provence - Cote d'Azur

If you go to the highway you can reach the Cote d'Azur highlights within 15 to 25 minutes. From east to west you find Monaco, Monte-Carlo, Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Saint Paul de Vence, Antibes, Juan les Pins and Cannes. Or you can go to the famous St Tropez in 1 hour 30 minutes.

You can also get to the Italian Riviera within 30 - 45 minutes, where you will find San Remo and Vintimiglia, cities which are famous of their big markets with bags and a lot of other things.

Beauleau has a fairly active village life with a market each week in the square where locals sell their goods. It has shops, restaurants, bars, petrol station and post office. This is also where you find the famous marina of Beaulieu, with lots of restaurants. Beauleau has more than 300 days of sunshine a year and it is often possible to eat outside in January!

Additional price information

  • All quoted prices are from Saturday 4.00pm on arrival to Saturday 10.00am on departure and are exclusive of metered electricity and oil charges, pool & garden maintenance.
  • If booking less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, final payment due at time of booking.
  • The refundable deposit of 1000 euros against breakages and damage will be required on the payment of the second installment. This deposit will be returned within 4 weeks of the date of departure after deducting charges.
  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of payment of deposit in the agreed currency (in sterling, US$ or euros).
  • Rates are reduced for long winter lets (minimum 4 weeks) from November to April.
  • Duvets and pillows are provided at €15 per week per person .
  • Final cleaning, compulsory 150 euros.
