Chantegrolle houses the charming and picturesque 19th Century gîte of Le Pommier for up to four people. Tucked away within rich gardens is this lovingly restored mill cottage where you can enjoy a beautiful view from your private patio.
Located on the edge of the historic village of Charroux, in the Poitou Charente region of France, Le Pommier is set in a wonderful position with the river Charente and nature reserves on the doorstep. This little haven offers excellent fishing, walking, cycling and other outdoor activities. Plus the village shops and bars are just 10 minutes walk away.
The gîte nestles in three acres of garden incorporating orchards, lawns, streams, a pond and woodland, which provide a haven for animal and bird life and offer the perfect location for a relaxing holiday or long stay. And while you take time to enjoy the local food and wine, kids can play in the garden with the many games provided.
