Get away from it all to this charming studio in the hills near Theoule, close to Cannes and only 25 minutes drive from Nice airport.  The apartment is secluded with a fabulous shared swimming pool and stunning sea and mountain views.

The light and airy garden level apartment is part of a small development of studios and one bedroom apartments at the end of a cul-de-sac, only two minutes from the coast road that winds from Monaco to St Tropez and five minutes from the nearest beach.

The studio has one main room and a bathroom and comprises:

• Kitchenette/living room - this main room has a double convertible bed, a kitchenette and patio doors opening onto a sheltered south-facing terrace with truly breathtaking views of the Esterel mountains and the ocean at Miramar.  There is also a 'coin de nuit' with bunk beds
• Bathroom - is fully fitted.

Outside

The shared pool is just 30 seconds down the hallway!

After a swim in the magnificent south-facing pool, relax on the terrace, open a bottle of wine and watch the breathtaking Esterel mountains change colour as the sun goes down...

About the location

The beach, marina and restaurants at La Figueirette are a three minute drive away (or a delightful thirty minute walk through the hills).  The apartment is also on the edge of the Esterel mountains with its magnificent walking and biking trails.

The nearest shops (and market) are only a five minute drive to Theoule, which also has a wonderful choice of restaurants and beaches.

How to get here

The apartment is about 40 minutes by road from Nice airport and just a few minutes from the Corniche d'Or coastal road. Cannes is 17km and St Tropez about 55km. The major Sunday market at St Raphael is just a 20 minute drive.
