Home description

This 100 sqm detached house with panoramic views is light and airy and in a convenient and calm location.

All 3 rooms are on the same level as the sunny terrace, garden and the swimming pool. The whole property is private and fenced with electric gate. The view is stunning and the surroundings are very calm.

There is a tennis court one 1km away at the entrance of the village. A fishing and boating lake is the "lac de saint cassien", 20 km away. The sea is 20 km distant.

The accommodation comprises:

• The living room is a large room, with glass sliding doors to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. It includes a seating area, a large oval dining table and a fireplace. It is tastefully decorated and there is also a LCD TV available for DVD and ADSL internet Wifi access.
• The kitchen, opening beyond the living room, has four cooking rings (gas and electricity), a combined microwave and grill, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice-making compartment.
• The main bedroom is spacious with a double bed (160 cm/5 ft 3inches wide) and two large wardrobes.  Sliding french windows opens onto the terrace.  It is decorated in the "provençal" style.
• The bathroom has a bath, hand basin, bidet, toilet and washing-machine.
• The second bedroom has twin beds (90 cm/2 ft 11inches wide) and sliding French windows opens onto the balcony. It is decorated in a sunny style.
• The third bedroom is slightly smaller, has a double bed (140 cm/4 ft 6 inches wide) and has a marine décor.
• The shower room, with shower, hand basin and toilet is for the use of these two bedrooms.

The swimming pool is private. It is on the same level as the villa, which makes it easy for swimming and safe for keeping an eye on the children. It is fenced and equipped with a security catch.  It is 9 x 4.5 meters  (30 x 15 ft). It is regularly maintained and verified.

The garden is large with trees. It is terraced as is traditional in the region. It is totally fenced and closes with an electric gate.

There is room for two or three cars to park in the enclosure.

• Cabris is a picturesque village with vews towards Cannes, the mediterranean sea and the Lérins Islands and the inland mountains behind Nice.  Cabris is appreciated for its mild temperature during summer time due to the altitude (550 m).  In the village : all shops, restaurants, tennis, nearby golf and horseriding.
• Hills and mountains : walks with terrific views of the mediterranean sea in the distance.
• Grasse (10 mins): The old town, flower market in the Place des Aires, cathedral, provençal museum. Grasse is worldwide famous for its perfumes: there are museums, perfume shops and factory visits.
• The picturesque villages: Saint-Cézaire, Saint-Vallier, Gourdon, Vence and Saint-Paul de Vence are all well worth a visit.
• The Lake of Saint-Cassien (30 mins): fishing, swimming and water sports.
• The mediterranean sea : beaches at 20 km
• Cannes (30 mins): shops, the beach and sea-front promenade, boat to the islands of Sainte-Marguerite.
• Antibes, Nice, Monaco and Italy are all within range.

How to get here

The village of Cabris is 7 km west from Grasse. The villa is 1 km away from the village.

Nice airport is 35 min. Leaving the airport, follow the highway (small toll) direction Cannes, then Grasse, then Grasse-Centre, then Cabris.

By train, TGV from Paris to Cannes, then change for Grasse.
