• Kitchen/ dining area / lounge - there is a large open plan oak beamed dining room/lounge and modern kitchen with French doors opening out to expansive gardens with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen has a modern cooker, dishwashing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave. The lounge/dining room has comfortable seating with a large woodburner, satellite TV and selection of English videos.

First floor

• 2 double bedrooms - with wooden floors, exposed oak beams and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed which can be converted to two single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above
• Bathroom - with a corner bath and shower unit attachment, a washhand basin and lavatory. There is also a seperate utility room with washing machine.

About the location

La Dauphinais is just 1 km from the picturesque and very friendly village of Langourla. In the village you will find the local amenities including, three bars, restaurant, village shops, post office, tennis courts and a large lake for fishing (by arrangement) and relaxation.

A visit to the Abbaye de Boquen, run by the Silent Order of Monks is a must. Langourla is ideally situated for touring Brittany taking in such attractions as Mont St Michel, Dinard, Dinan and the fantastic coastline and beaches of the renowned Cotes d'Armor. The town of St Brieuc and the city of Rennes, both within easy driving distance, provide first class in town and out of town shopping facilities.

How to get here

By ferry - Langourla is approximately 2 hours drive from Roscoff and 1 hour 30 minutes from St Malo.

By air - Dinard Airport is approximately 1 hour drive from Langourla; there are regular flights from Stansted to Dinard.
