'Beauchamp' is set in three acres and surrounded by exquisite pastureland in the tiny hamlet of Robertot. The house is at the end of a little lane and gives complete privacy but with open views and space. Robertot, an ideal touring base, is peaceful but not remote being between three towns - Cany-Barville, Doudeville and Yvetot. It is also close to the ancient village of Hericourt-en-Caux with Monsieur Realle's Supermarche and an assortment of local shops. There are also three highly recommendable riverside restaurants. Slimmers Beware!

Beauchamp is an ideal location for reunions, special interest or educational groups, parties or corporate events.

'Beauchamp' contains eleven rooms, eight of which are bedrooms (doubles, trebles and a single). There is a kitchen/breakfast room in the West-Wing and in the centre of the house you have two inter-connecting rooms one of which contains an wood-burning stove and amongst its furniture contains a single sofa-bed. The adjoining living-room has an open fire and a double sofa-bed and single bed. These two rooms are only used for sleeping if you are up to full capacity. There are 5 bathrooms and a wash-room. The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher microwaves etc.

About the location

Only 7 miles from a spectacular coastline and the smart boating resort of St Valery-en-Caux. To the West is Le Havre, Deauville, enchanting Etretat, Fecamp with the Benedictine Distillery and the beautiful old port of Honfleur. Here are the spectacular bridges of Tankerville and the Pont de Normandie claimed to be the longest bridge in the world. To the East, Dieppe has one of the biggest and best Saturday markets in Normandie. While there visit one of the many sea-front restaurants for moules and frites. On the subject of markets pretty Cany-Barville (5 miles away) is well worth a visit on Monday mornings.

Further afield history buffs must see the Bayeaux tapestry, the large medieval city of Rouen, (great shopping at Barentin on the way!), William the Conqueror's birthplace at Falaise and his tomb at Caen. For art and gardens go to the home of Monet at Givenchy - located between Rouen and Paris. If travelling from Dieppe the work and resting place of Impressionist Braque at Varengeville-au-Mer is a very gratifying experience. On this route, visit The Moutiers, 22 wonderful acres of wood floral park created by the English architect Lord Lutyens.
