Set in the heart of 'The Hidden Triangle' in the Tarn et Garonne, this totally self-contained studio apartment with large pool,which sleeps 4 and has exceptional views and is based in the heart of the French countryside. It nestles in a tranquil rural setting yet is convenient to motorway links.

Interior of studio apartment

• French windows opening onto private terrace with steps down to a second private terrace with attractive garden furniture.
• Double bed, single daybed and child's cot if required (all pristine bed linen, towels and pool towels provided). TV and video, dvd/cd player 
• Well-equipped kitchen area including microwave, fridge, double hob, quality crockery, saucepans and cutlery.
• Shower room and WC.
• Separate laundry room.

The apartment has central heating and a laptop point in the main cottage.

There is total use of the large solar heated alarmed swimming pool (shared only with the owners) and ample private parking.

The apartment has its own gas barbecue.

Local guide books and maps are available and baby sitting can be provided by arrangement. French and English are spoken.

Breakfast, if required, can be served on your private terrace.

An evening meal, packed lunch and English Sunday lunch can be provided on request. Vegetarians are catered for and local produce is used including the owner's fruit and vegetables in season.

About the location

The medieval town of Moissac and Valence d'Agen are approximately 15 minutes by car and the Spanish border is less than 2 hours away.

There are local shops, including hypermarkets, restaurants and daily farmers markets.

How to get here

Caussé is situated within 1 hour from Toulouse and Bergerac Airports and about 2 hours from Bordeaux and Carcassonne. Car hire is available at all of these.
