Large Farmhouse with Pool near Duras

La Bobine is a large farmhouse with barns and outbuildings set in its own grounds surrounded by vines and fruit trees. The pool (10yds by 5yds) is at the back of the house near the patio and barbecue.

Holiday Accommodation at La Bobine

There are five double bedrooms and another with four beds and its own cloakroom, two shower rooms and a large bathroom.

The usual dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezers etc. are around the house along with a table tennis table in the adjoining building.

About Savignac De Duras in Lot-et-Garonne, Aquitaine

Savignac is approx. 3 kms from Duras, a Chateaux town with bars and restaurants. Bordeaux is approximately one and a half hours away - Bergerac and St Emilion one hour, and Ste Foy (where there is a golf course) half an hour.

Bordeaux Airport approx 1 hour away.

Bergerac airport  40 mins

Traveling by car from Bordeaux take Marmande turning off the motorway following signs to Duras and then Savignac.

Additional price information

Mid July to end of August will only be booked in fortnight slots.

Changeover day is Saturday arriving around 4.00pm and departing around 10.00am to allow for cleaning.

Charges are fully inclusive of linen, electricity and water and gas. Gas bottles for the cooker are always available.

The pool will be maintained during the holidays by an englishman who will also help in case of emergencies.
