In a tiny hamlet set on a south-facing hill, Le Grand Malbosc offers privacy but not isolation. Its enviable location highlights stunning rural views, with sunflowers, poplar trees and a lake.

• Dining Room - large room with long dining table seats 12. Huge working open fireplace. Music Centre. Leads to breakfast balcony with steps to garden.
• TV Room - T.V. (Basic Sky service), video, hi fi, games, and books; plus an extra sofa bed. Leads to breakfast balcony with access to the garden.
• Bedroom 1 - magnificent panelled Master Bedroom with four-poster bed. Huge working open fireplace.
• Bedroom 2 - double bed, with en-suite washbasin and w.c. Access to garden.
• Bathroom.

Ground Floor

• Bedroom 3 - large twin bedded room.
• Bedroom 4 - twin bedroom with door to garden.
• Bathroom - newly installed bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin.
• Cellar/laundry area - with washing machine.
• Box room - T.V. and Playstation 1.

The bedrooms are flexibly arranged on two floors, thus ensuring that the accommodation is suitable for both smaller and larger parties (2 - 8 people).

Outside

Set within approximately 5 acres of grass, trees and shrubs, the secluded garden contains the swimming pool (11m x 5m) with sun beds and parasols, the pool house, with its shaded eating area, basic kitchen facilities, barbecue, outdoor shower.

There is a boule pitch and the stables with table tennis, small snooker table, croquet set and changing room.

The swimming pool is open, maintained, cleaned and checked twice a week during the summer season. (May to the end of September.)

Useful Information

A folder containing information about local amenities and attractions is available on the property. There is also a very informative tourist office in Villereal with internet use available.

The house is thoroughly cleaned between rentals and is carefully prepared for your arrival.

The town of Villereal is a five minute drive away with all local amenities including a large Intermarch supermarket.

Sunbathing, table tennis, croquet and boule are all at hand, while the local nature reserve provides an environment ideal for walking, cycling or fishing.
