Set within 15 acres of exclusive Normandy countryside, Bellefontaine Park provides the ideal setting for any holiday break. The grounds share prestige to miles of unspoilt scenery, spanning over the tranquil Sèe Valley. Whether you're seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday, adventure and exploration, integration with friendly English and French locals, entertainment for all your family, or a reclusive romantic break, Bellefontaine Park provides the perfect venue for your individual requirements with 11 self-contained cottages (7 x 3 bedrooms & 4 x 2 bedrooms) and a fully licensed restaurant and bar serving traditional English food as well as 'eat as much as you like' speciality nights..

During 2008, Bellefontaine Park is proud to announce that we will be home to the stars of the X -FACTOR! including Journey South, Ben Mills, Chenai, Philip Magee, Tabby, Dionne, Rowetta as well as other artists such as The Cheeky Girls, and Stars in their eyes winner David Burrows as JON BON JOVI it will be the perfect way to complete your holiday! By staying at Bellefontaine Park, you will be able to meet the artists, not just see them perform.

The club house / restaurant boasts a large cinema screen, which has English cable TV, overhead projector and laptop connections. Other activities on site: Daily activities are organised during the high season, swimming pool, boules (Petanque), table tennis, pool table, Jnr & Snr Dartboards, computer games, Internet connection, Nintendo Wii Console, soft toys, games & puzzles. Kids club, 5-a-side football, volleyball, badminton, indoor Play area, swings, Movie Nights!!!

Outside:

Swimming Pool, 15 acres of grass land for the children to play in safety, amazing views, footall pitch, Volley ball net, Golf practice hole, barbecue.

From Bellefontaine Park (2 minutes walk) is the "Village Enchante" - a nature park where children and families can enjoy a day out. There is also go-karting, 4x4 safaries, bungee jumping, absailing, swimming, horse riding, horse and carriage trips, four wheel drive activities and golf courses.

There are seven 3-bedroom cottages available for rental.

• Fully equipped kitchen with with fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. Iron and ironing board are also supplied.
• Lounge/dining room with with open stone fire place, fully furnished with traditional French oak furniture and a double sofa-bed
• Master bedroom with double bed
• Twin bedded bedroom
• Bedroom with bunk bed
• Bathroom with bath and shower
• Porch with garden furniture, for enjoying warm evenings outside admiring a spectacular sunset.

About the location

Bellefontaine is a small quaint village in the heart of Normandy that is very popular with tourists due to it's D-Day history and also because all main attractions of the area are only a drive away! Bellefontaine Country Park has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The English owners are on site 24/7 to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment is provided during your stay. The combination of stunning views in a relaxing, quiet environment is ideal for those that wish to wind down. With the larger towns of Mortain, Vire, Granville nearby all amenities are within easy reach.

Bellefontaine Park is a community complex. A large covered communal area has recently been built which has a bar with large screen TV with Sky which will be used for showing major sporting events. The site also has a communal BBQ area, a shop and a reception area.

The coastal town of Granville, home to Christian Dior, is only 45 minutes drive, and of course there is the Mont St Michel which is very popular with English visitors.
