Les Hauts de Vaugrenier is ideally located between Nice and Cannes, 10 minutes from Nice International Airport. By car it is a 90 minute drive to St Tropez, 25 minutes to Monaco and 30 minutes to Italy. In winter the ski resorts of Auron and Isola 2000 are 90 minutes away.
The beach at Villeneuve Loubet Plage is just 5 minutes away or you can relax by the swimming pool where there is a sun terrace, adult pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi.
Entrance to the private domain is via a guarded gatehouse and the onsite facilities include the swimming pool, tennis courts, a children’s play area, a general store, a newsagents and a chemist. Nearby are the towns of Villeneuve Loubet and Cagnes sur Mer with shopping facilities including supermarkets and an excellent choice of restaurants.
