This villa is situated in a quiet and secluded village called le Vila which is located just 8 minutes drive from the centre of Ceret. Ceret is famous for its cultural links and as the centre of one of the most productive cherry growing areas in France. The area is very scenic with the mix of mountain and sea providing lots of diverse activities.

This villa is excellent for rental throughout the whole of the year and available for long winter lets.

Facilities comprise fully air conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms (master en suite), lounge dining, kitchen, bathroom, additional wc, exclusive swimming pool and secluded garden. All outside furniture and barbecue facilities provided.

Accommodation detail

The villa comprises:

• 3 double bedrooms. The first has a newly installed en-suite bathroom with shower, the second has a wash hand basin and the third has two twin single beds.
• Separate bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet
• Separate WC
• Open plan lounge/dining room is open plan with French windows onto the rear terrace/conservatory. Steps lead down to the outside terraces beside the pool.
• Kitchen has the usual attributes including a large fridge and microwave oven.

Facilities:

A washing machine is available in the garage.

There is a climate control system fitted in the house which can be used for either heating, or air conditioning. There are individual temperature controls in each bedroom, over and above the central control unit in the lounge. There is an inset fire in the lounge.

There is a TV, video and CD player located in the lounge; there are also some videos and books available.

About the location

The villa is situated in a small hamlet 3km from Ceret. Shopping facilities are 2 minutes away by car.  The coast is just 25 minutes away and the nearby mountains are stunning!  Ceret is a typical unspoilt French town with a lively Saturday market and great restaurants.

Perpignan airport 20 minutes, Girona 50 minutes, Carcassonne airport 90 minutes. Just 3km away from the pretty town of Ceret, accessible to the sea, yet close to the Pyrennees.
