Villa in Peaceful Area in 1.25 Acres

This superbly appointed and situated villa, which faces south-east and lies 800 metres from the sea, is in the Quartier de Xicouteou, Beauvallon, in the beautiful Commune de Grimaud. It is in a secluded and quiet position, occupying its own private grounds and surrounded by trees. It stands 100 metres above sea level, in grounds of 1 ¼ acres which afford outstanding views to the sea and to St Tropez.  It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and it is well spaced from neighbouring houses.

About the location

The whole surrounding area is beautiful. The towns of St Tropez and Ste Maxime are well known for their ports, their markets, restaurants, cafes, shops and lively atmosphere. The hilltop villages of Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Cogolin, La Garde Freinet are within easy reach. Port Grimaud is about 2 kms away, along the coast.

It is easy to explore the Maures Mountains, the hinterland of Provence, the Gorges du Verdon, Aix en Provence and Alpes Maritimes – including Cannes, Nice, Grasse for perfumes and Biot for glass.
