Mon Cabanon lies between the glamorous sunny resorts of Cannes and St Tropez, and is located just 5 minutes walk from the nearest rocky calanque (cove). Behind the villa lies the upright pool (7 x 3 metres), with its wonderful view of the sea. The property is simple yet comfortable and benefits from an extremely good position. The excellent price is for both apartments, sleeping 6 in total.

The villa is split in two, and is therefore perfect for couples or families holidaying together.

The studio apartment downstairs, sleeps two, and ensures privacy from the main house and is equipped with:

• Portholed style bathroom.
• Bedroom with 2 single beds with double doors leading to a terrace overlooking the coastal road and the  Mediterranean.

Upstairs, the larger apartment, which sleeps 2-4, comprises:

• Bright airy lounge, beautifully positioned with stunning views. The room has 2 sofas (one a sofa bed) and a dining suite, which seats 6.
• Shower room
• Separate WC
• Double bedroom
• Kitchen, fully equipped.
• Utility room, with washing machine, and plenty of space for wine storage!

There is also use of a garage which houses one small car.

The upright pool (7x3 metres) is situated behind the house accessed by stairs running up the side. Beyond the pool area runs the famous coastal railway line. Stretching from Marseilles to Italy, this historic track winds its way through the mountains and is an integral part of Antheor's colourful past.

Trains run approximately once per hour.

About the location

Antheor is renowned for its spectacular beauty. Artists, such as Renoir and Van Gogh have captured the intense blue of the mediterranean and the deep red of the Esteral for centuries. The villa Mon Cabanon lies directly on the coast, within this geographical jewel known locally as the Ruby of the Cote d'Azur.

How to get here

Nice is the nearest airport approximately 36 kms from the house. The property is located directly on the beautiful N.98 coastal road which is around 30 minutes drive from the A.8 motorway, exit 40.

This beautiful road (or indeed the local train - Station, Antheor), will take you along the stunning coastline to many areas of  natural beauty and the glamorous cosmopolition cities such as Cannes, Nice, Monaco and even Italy.

The larger train station at St Raphael is a 15 minute drive, and connects  to Paris and other European destinations.
