Mas Manyaques was built in 1789 and is a large Catalan farmhouse directly overlooking the River Tech and set in 25 acres of its own gardens and grounds. It is situated on the French/Spanish border near Perpignan and Girona airports in the Pyrenees Orientales department of France.

The Mas contains six two and three bedroom apartments and accommodates large groups of up to 28 people with ease and comfort. There is a large central hall with an open fireplace where groups can eat together inside. Outside groups can eat by the pool or on the terrace. Catering and full service can be arranged on request for your group. Larger groups reserving the whole Mas are ensured complete privacy.

From the cultural market town of Ceret to Prats De Mollo with its hilltop Fort Lagarde the local towns and villages are beautiful and full of activities. The Mas sits between the beautiful beaches of the Mediterreanean and the Pyrenees next to the Spanish border.

One of the bedrooms

La Terrasse is our best 2 bedroom apartment. It is large and on the ground floor overlooking the river. La Terrasse is south facing and enjoys the sun all day long. It has a terrace which runs along the entire front of the apartment. It has a double and a twin bedroom with sofa beds in the sitting room for extras if required. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and the kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher. It has been completely remodernised this year. There is a private dining area outside with private barbecue and table and chairs. The apt comes with CD player and a TV and DVD. There are washing machines in the Mas. Good quality sheets and towels are provided and are changed weekly.

Each of the apartments have good quality linen, towels, comfortable beds.

About the location

The Mas is set in its own gardens and grounds overlooking the river Tech in between the market towns of Arles Sur Tech and Prats De Mollo and near Ceret. 

It is about 50 mins to the Mediterranean beaches of Collioure and Argeles.

Spain is easily accessible via several routes that go direcly to Figueres and Campodron or via the motorway.

There are many local towns such as Ceret with a variety of good restaurants at various price and quality levels.
