Three Tastefully Renovated Cottages with Pool
Three tastefully renovated cottages with hardwood double glazing, terracotta tiled and wood floors, set in mellow stone walls. All have lovely views over the swimming pool, sun terrace and rolling fields.
The houses are comfortable and very clean, having all the charm and character of old world France. Having log fires, pine and stone, combined with the modern essentials such as dishwashers, microwaves and washing machines. The fitted pine kitchens are fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and all rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard.
Each property has its own large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and share the lawned garden with fruit trees, 10m x 5m swimming pool with extensive sun terrace. The houses are arranged to provide cool shelter during the heat of the midday during summer, but are warm and cosy with log fires and electical heating in the winter.
The properties are open all the year with winter long lets at a discount rate available. Welcome meals can be provided on arrival.

Open all year, the houses lie in a tranquil setting of fields of sunflowers, corn, and grapevines - the perfect place to unwind and relax or to use as a base. It is located close to the picturesque town of Aulnay and Cognac, Saintes, and Rocheforte are approx. 30 minutes away. La Rochelle and Angouleme are one hour away.
