A recently restored wing of the owner's old stone house, part of it a former bakery. The apartment is self-contained with its own private entrance, garden, and parking space.

Living room: A large open sitting room, beamed and with tiled floor. Cool in summer with windows overlooking the lush garden and soft ochre-stone village beyond. Large comfortable sofa and easy chairs, oak dining table and soft lighting. Sound system with a selection of classical and world music for you to enjoy and a range of local travel guides. Beautifully warm in winter with thermatstacially controlled electric central heating. Broadband, French and English TV.
Ultra modern kitchen corner with dining bar, microwave oven and grill, electric hob, and fridge. Very well equipped as owner is 'a foodie'.
Bedroom: Approached by an elegant wooden staircase from the sitting room.One large window overlooking rooftops with spectacular sun sets, two other windows looking over the gardens and up to the church spire which is floodlit at night. King-size bed (or two singles) with electrically operated head and leg rests to give you a wonderful feeling of relaxation, desk for writing your postcards or whatever, pine wardrobe and dressing table.

Bicycles can be rented.

You have your own private parking space and entrance.

The owners live in the main house and speak English and French.

Other:	The garden is walled and terraced and relatively spacious for a village house. The flat has its own private garden, a shaded area under an old fig tree and a walled area with lawn. There is modern garden furniture ideal for sunbathing or reading The pool is 9 x 3 metres and shared only with the owner who uses it very seldom. There are loungers around the pool for your use. Within 2 mins of leaving the house you can be in unspoilt countryside and can walk all day through vineyards and cherry orchards without seeing virtually anyone. The village is on your doorstep so no need to take the car for your bread or croissants in the morning, or perhaps your english-language paper There is a tennis court in the village and a shop that hires bicycles Freshwater swimming nearby
