Charming hamlet of 4 comfortable Provencal villas, Le Domaine de Respelido**** offers stays "a la carte" accommodation, from a studio for two persons to five-room villas for ten persons, 15 min from Nice airport and the beaches, in the quietness of the countryside.

Le Domaine de Respelido**** is built within a landscaped garden, among fifty year old trees, All the villas are decorated in traditional provençal style : ceilings with beams showing, walls roughcast in provençal colours, wrought iron furniture, terracotta floor tiles, etc. 

Holiday Accommodation at Le Domaine de Respelido****

An example of the accommodation on offer is a 2 roomed apartment-villa, which comprises:

  • Large living room offers a lounge area with a 3-seather wrough iron sofa convertible as a high comfort 160x200 double bed and wrought iron arm chairs, telephone and television (satellite dish)
  • Well equipped open plan provençal kitchen including 180 L fridge/freezer, cooking hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and smaller electrical equipment, provençal dish made from Varages
  • Twin bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds which can be joined as a king size bed, console table and mirror in wrought iron, cupboards and safety box
  • Bathroom with bath, 2 washbasins, hairdryer
  • Separate toilet
  • Large covered terrace with wrought iron pergola or old tiles and built in barbecue
  • Private fenced landscaped garden with lawn, olive, palm trees, mediterranean bushes and flowers.

One of the villas is designed to be totally accessible to the disabled.

Additional price information

All prices are per week, changeover day on Saturday. Arrival after 4.00 pm and departure by 10.00 am. 'A la carte' accomodations from September to June.

Prices include:

Water, electricity, heating, house linen and towels, telephone (not including outgoing phone calls), broadband and wi-fi internet access, access and use to the pool-house (pool, Jacuzzi, sauna), access to the laundry (use of washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities), cot and high chair (must be booked in advance), private and shaded car park under surveillance.

Prices do not include:

Visitor's tax (0.65 EUR/day/adult),  cleaning end of stay on request, house maid service, cancellation policy on request.
