La Rochelle with its working harbour, shops and many seafood restaurants, and the historic cities of Poitiers, Niort and Angouleme, are all within easy reach. The local towns of Sauzé Vaussais and Lezay have shops, banks and restaurants and busy weekly markets, giving you a true taste of France.

The property has a large pool (perfect for relaxation), an extensive garden (for al fresco dining and other outdoor activities) and all the comforts and convenience of a newly renovated property. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, ironing facilities and a freezer.
