Nestled in the heart of picturesque vineyards, this comfortable Chateau offers peace and tranquility in splendid surroundings. Why not tour the famous wine growing regions nearby or stroll through the huge "Foret Double" to the North. The city of Bordeaux (and its airport) is 40 minutes drive away, and Libourne (TGV) 15 minutes.

But for those with simply relaxation in mind, a wander through the gardens of the Chateau or a day sunbathing on the gentle sloping lawns by the pool before an evening sampling a glass of the produce of the property's vineyards should be sufficient.

About Maransin in Gironde, Aquitaine

The Chateau is situated at the heart of a small village which offers all amenities; post office, boulangerie, butcher, pharmacy and a small general store. High quality asphalt tennis courts 50 meters available to guests of the Chateau.

Maransin is located 20 kms north of Libourne (all facilities) and 35 kms north-east of Bordeaux. The medieval town of St Emilion is 30 kms away. The famous vineyards of Pomerol are 15 kms. Beaches of the Côte d'Argent (Arcachon, Cap Ferret, etc ...) are one hour's drive, approximately 80 kms.

How To Get To Maransin in Gironde, South West France

 40 minutes drive from Bordeaux Merignac airport and just over 1 hour drive from Bergerac airport. 

30 minutes drive from exit 38 of the A10 Bordeaux to Paris motorway.

Nearest train station Libourne (TGV) 25 minutes drive. Bordeaux Gare St. Jean 45 minutes drive.
