You can swim in the river before the house. Fishing is also possible, but must apply for a permit wich you can get for a small amount at the tabacoshop in th e village. The owners live right next to the house, but the large garden, the private terrace and the refreshing outdoor swimming pool (private) make sure you have enough privacy.
