About the location
In the Aixois countryside to the east of Aix en Provence.
Aix is often called City of Art, City of Water and tourists from around the world are attracted to this priveleged town. Aix Boasts a fantastic climate, set in a valley between the Luberon Mountains to the north, the green valleys of the Var and Marseille and the Mediterranean beaches to the south. Loved and painted by Paul Cezanne, many a warm evening can be spent dining on one of the terraces numerous restaurants lined up on the cobbled streets.

Sausset les Pins. 46 km Small, family seaside resort with pretty fishing port, surrounded by aromatic scrubland and pine forests. Within the Côte Bleue Marine park with artificial reefs along the coast of Sausset les Pins for diving enthusiasts.
Martigues. 47 km. Large town between the Mediterranean coast and the Etang de Berre, with charming and picturesque old city centre and attractive harbour area.
Cassis. 53 km. Chic seaside resort at the foot of the tall Cap Canaille cliff, with picturesque fishing port lined with attractive traditional pastel painted buildings and plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Indian Forest Sud, Bouc-Bel-Air. 15 km. Tree top adventure park. Acrobatic adventure park for the young and not so young. Discover at your own pace the 10 trails on offer. Going from tree to tree, balance yourself through an assortment of games such as rope bridges, tarzan swings and giant zip lines.

Sanary sur Mer. 77 km. Delighftul seaside resort with picturesque quay, colourful houses, lively streets and terraces shaded by palm trees. Beautiful views from its 16th century Chapel Notre Dame de Pitié, over the coast and the small islands that lie offshore.
Iles d'Hyères. 110 km. Group of islands off the coast from Hyères, which includes the islands of Porquerolles, Le Levant and Port Cros (National Park). The 3 islands together form a rare and beautiful environment, one of the loveliest in France. Boat crossings from Hyères, Giens peninsula, Le Lavandou, Toulon.
