Established January 2000, A1 French Property Services (A1FPS) offers a unique personal service for clients wishing to purchase, rent or invest in properties within the Haute Normandy area.  This region covers Neuf Chatel En-Bray to Dieppe, which offers the beautiful French countryside, historic villages and towns, marinas and holiday resorts.  Other than cheese and ciders the region is also known for the Calvados & Benedictine distilleries.

The area is accessible from Boulogne, Calais and Dieppe.  Additionally there are airports at Rouen and Beauvais. 

A1FPS work in conjunction with French agent Bray Immobilier to show you a range of properties in the local region.  With a selection of over 100 properties ranging from farms, gites, cottages, development properties, Chateaus, Hotels, B&B and vacant plots.

Once you have found a property, A1FPS help you through the entire procedure, from initial negotiations to completion.  This includes help with notaires, banks and insurances.  We can also arrange temporary accommodation if required while you look for your property, and we speak both French and English.
