The house, which is located in a gated community, with a communal pool and designated parking, is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, a front and back terrace, with built in barbecue, patio furniture and storage units ,and is fitted with English and German satellite dishes. 

The lagoon beach is a 2 minute walk, and 5 minutes by car is a long, safe, sandy Mediterranean beach, where you can book water sports. Within walking distance, along the marina, is a variety of bars, restaurants and shops and further on,the narrow picturesque  streets of the 'old town' encircling the famous 13th century castle tower.

At the marina, you can book daily boat trips and hire bikes, and during the summer months there is a variety of live entertainment. 

Three times per week there is market where you buy a wide selection of local produce, clothes  and household items. 

A  few minutes from the houseby bike, cycle tracks, away from the traffic, take you along the coast, around the 'old town' or along the canal to Narbonne.

Airports: Carcassonne 40 mins, Perpignan 50mins; Montpeiler 60 mins (all Ryanair);Toulouse 2hrs (Flybe and Ryanair); Girona 1hr and 40 mins (Ryanair); Barcelona 3hrs (Easyjet).
