There is the possibility to take over the entire furniture, kitchen equipment and laundry (advantage if renting).  The accommodation is for 8 people.

Both with extensive sliding doors in glass giving way to a spacious romantic terrace with shade, garden furniture and lightening, ideal for outdoor dining.

  • There is an outer staircase to the balcony and the private entry of the house on the first floor.

Only one hour by car to the small Airport of Bergerac with car rental where Ryan Air organises cheap daily flights to Belgium and England. The 18 holes superb quality championship golf course of the Villeneuve Golf Club is only half an hour away by car ! 

1.45 h by car to Bordeaux or Toulouse airport. 45 minutes by car to Agen and from there 3.30h by TGV train to Paris.

Within 2 to 3 hours by car one reaches the Mediterranean, the Atlantic or the Pyrenees for skiing.
