The restaurant has 20 covers and on theme nights has been extended to 50. There is a huge open fireplace, very cosy in the winter and at times has been used as an indoor barbecue. The bar is fabricated in beautiful wood and is fully equipped with glass washer, expresso machine and has facility for three different draft beers. Large refrigerator for bottles is also in the bar. There is also a wood burning stove. There is a billiard table in the bar which is very popular with the customers. The Licence is Cat. IV. The kitchen is fully equipped with two cookers (gas and electricity) two deep freezes and three fridges, extractor fan, hand washing facilities, two separate sinks, one is double. There is some upgrading to be done to the work surfaces (stainless steel). There is a large storeroom with access from the side street for delivery vehicles.
There is a small semi-covered courtyard to the rear of the property for smokers and in the summer is used for barbecues. There is a terrace in the front facing the Place St. Laurent with place for 4 tables and chairs.
The house attached comprises of one large lounge/dining room, bathroom and utility room downstairs with a wood burner and two bedrooms and bathroom/wc upstairs. The whole property is oil fired central heated.
