Access is good, there are three airports, at Poitiers, Tours and Limoges between a 45 mins and 2 hour drive away. The TGV is just 20 mins away with direct links to Paris and Eurotunnel. Motorway access also at 20 mins.
The structure is in sound condition, built of stone and with russet tiles typical of the region. The inside is for complete renovation. Stone steps lead up to the entrance.
