The habitable area of the villa is 110 m2. The heating is electric with radiators in all rooms. The living room also has a large wood burner with the ability to circulate the hot air to other rooms.

  • Kitchen (10 m2) Fully modernised and can also be used as a breakfast room. It has a lovely aspect with the windows looking out on to the rear terrace with the garden behind.
  • Living Room/Dining Room (39 m2) An open room with 3 sets of patio doors this makes the room very light and comfortable. The wood burner is a strong feature and when alight makes the room very cosy. One patio door opens directly on to the garden while the other two lead directly to the 2 terraces.

  • Terrace 2 - Situated to the rear it looks out on to the main garden, the kitchen window is very useful as it can be used as a dumb waiter.
  • The front garden is secluded. There is a hedge separating the garden from the quiet road. About half is grassed with a number of trees and borders of roses, lavender and hibiscus. The rest is paved providing parking for 3 cars.
  • The rear garden (1,200 m2) Bounded by mature hedging on three sides this garden is tranquil and peaceful. It is mainly grass with areas of trees and shrubs. The pool is on the south side of the villa and is bounded by a security fence and a childproof self-closing gate. The size of the pool is 8 metres by 4.5 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres. It catches the sun from mid morning to late evening.
