Provence Wine Region

From the Alps in the north and east to the warm Mediterranean in the south, this is a region of sunkissed flowers, herbs and vines. No wonder it produces such excellent pale pink wines and rich, full reds.

To miss this wine region would be a shame because its elegant rosé wines are some of the best in the world (85% of Provence’s wine production is rosé).

Reds wines from the region can also be very rewarding, although they are often expensive. Key grape varieties here are Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.
