Public Transport:

By Train: The TGV takes you direct to the Futuroscope train station. Journey time from Paris is 1h20, and from Lille is 3h30. If you arrive at the Poitiers station, you can get to the Futuroscope by taxi or by bus.

By Bus: Once at the train station of Poitiers you can get the bus (lines9 and E) which will take you to the Parc.

By Plane: Poitiers-Biard airport is 10 minutes away by taxi

The Futuroscope amusement park is located near Poitiers and set in 130 acres. It uses audio-visual technology to create both breathtaking and informative special effects. Giant screens, 3D cinemas, circular cinemas and other state-of-the-art techniques create an experience unlike any other.

The park has splendid buildings with futuristic architecture and also relaxing green parks surrounding each of the pavilions. Both children and adults will enjoy Futuroscope but allow plenty of time to see all the exhibits. Although the films and exhibits are in French you can hire headphones with commentaries in English and other languages

If travelling by car take the A10 and exit at junction 28 which is 2 minutes from the Futuroscope main entrance. If you come from La Rochelle it will take you about 1h30.

Opening: Futuroscope is open from 10.00am to nightfall.
