Canto Perlic is an old vineyard where traditions have been preserved. The vineyard is situated on south and south eastern facing slopes for maximum sunshine and to protect them from any possible negative influences of the Atlantic. The grapes are partially harvested by hand, whilst the process of winemaking has been renewed with modern equipment and techniques.
