There are so many ways to get to Paris from the UK, and the most common methods are to take the ferry and drive, fly to Paris, or catch a train to Paris.
Flights to Paris
Flights depart some 20 UK airports with schedule and low-cost airlines. Fly from London Heathrow or Luton, East Anglia, the West and Midlands, Northern England, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Trains to Paris
Speed from the centre of London direct to the heart of Paris on Eurostar. Frequent Eurostar trains leave London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet International and Ashford International every day. Driving to Paris
Prefer to drive to Paris? The crossing by Eurotunnel is 35 minutes, with frequent train services. The Dover -Calais ferry route is usually cheapest and most popular, with up to four sailings an hour and a journey time of about 90 minutes. Typical Paris driving routes from ferry terminals:
- Calais-Paris: 3 hours driving the A26/E15 and A1
- Boulogne-Paris: 3 hours driving the A16
- Le Havre-Paris: 2 hours, 10 mins driving E05/A13
- Caen-Paris: 2 hours, 20 mins driving the A13
Total toll fees on each of these routes are 18-20 euros.
