We have just had a guest for B&B over the past 2 nights and during conversation she mentioned her delight at finding us through the French Connections website. She commented that the site was excellent and she particularly appreciated the facility for making contact with several owners at a time WITHOUT having to re-submit the details of dates, name, address etc., etc. Also the facility to make contact, with a simple click, with the various owners was a great help too. 'A very well designed and customer friendly site' were here words.
 
I thought you should hear of this as many folk will take the time to write a complaint but few will do so with a thank you.
