Located in the Hautes Vosges at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace and the Rouge Gazon mountains, St Maurice sur Moselle is a small mountain village and family ski resort. The village is set amidst the most beautiful natural landscape of gentle forest clad slopes and mountain lakes. It is a relatively small ski resort, but with a good choice of pistes especially suited for beginners, and as ever in the Vosges, excellent cross country skiing.
