Ensure you get the maximum exposure for your advertisement

Check Availability

Please update your calendar every time you get a new booking. Holidaymakers are frustrated if they find a property is booked when it shows as available. Make sure that you have not set your availability to Enquire with Owner as your property will not appear in the search results if specific dates are specified in the search, nor will it feature in our Last Minute bookings page.

Check Rental Tariffs

Please make sure your rental prices are still competitive with your neighbours. We recommend that you make sure your advertisement stands up well against other comparable properties. It is VITAL that you check that your rental rates are all set for at least the next 12 months - If the dates you previously set for your prices have expired, there will not be any rental prices showing on your page as these drop off the page as the calendar dates pass.

Check your Copy

Please check your advertisement for accuracy, sense, typo's and incorrect information - including your telephone number!

Check Photographs

Do your photographs show off your property as well as they could? Make sure your photographs are good quality including the composition and you have a good mix of interior and exterior shots. We find that properties who display more pictures generally enjoy the best response.

Consider a Video Tour

Research consistently shows that videos in web content can keep visitors looking at your listing for longer, and gives them more confidence to book.
