It is really simple to make your own alterations to your advertisement by logging into your personal Owners Area Section on our website. If you prefer for us to make the changes for you, we are also delighted to edit the advertisement on your behalf and will quote you a small fee for carrying out the work.

 

Making Changes to your copy

New Advertisements: You can place your own property advertisements on line with us at any time, for either rental or real estate property. 

Existing Advertisements: You can change or update your own text in your advertisements whenever and as often as you like totally FREE OF CHARGE.


Updating Availability

Setting your availability dates is vital to ensure you get the maximum exposure

We recommend that you  update your booking calendar frequently to avoid receiving enquiries for weeks that are already booked.  Holiday Makers advise that they want to see up to date availability – see comment below from one of our owners.

Setting your Price/Tariffs

You can change your tariffs or your for sale price whenever you wish. We offer the facility to put tariffs on the site for 18 months ahead.

 

Adding Special Offers

Our Special Offer facility provides you with the opportunity to ‘flag’ a special offer to holiday-makers to identify that you have a special offer for one or more units on your property.  We provide all our advertisers Free of Charge with two, 2-week periods of special offers for every year of your advertisement.  You can activate these yourself in your Property Owners area where you will find clear instructions. If you find that these work well in selling unbooked weeks, you are able to add more at any time for £12.50 per week (minimum 2 weeks)

 

Inclusion in our Last Minute Holidays Section

All properties that show that they have ‘availability’ from the owner’s availability calendars for the forthcoming 6-weeks will automatically display when a holiday-maker searches through our late availability or last minute holidays pages. Please be sure that your availability calendars are up to date to ensure exposure in this FREE section.

 

Viewing your Email Enquiries

You can check your email enquiries received in the property owners area. You can use this useful feature if you are going away and do not have access to your emails. This facility also serves as a simple check to make sure you are receiving all the French Connections enquiry emails being sent to you.

 

Monitoring Response

By checking your enquiries in the owner’s area you can quickly see what response you are receiving from your advertisement. For owners who have their own website link on their page, we also show you how many people have clicked through to your own website as a result of finding you on French Connections
