I am authorised to make this booking on behalf of my party. I am over 18 years of age. I enclose a nonrefundable deposit of £______, being 25% of the total holiday cost. I agree to pay the balance of £______ plus a refundable damage deposit of £250, 6 weeks prior to commencement of your booking to the holiday start date. (If booking after 6 weeks prior to commencement of your booking to the holiday start date the full amount should be enclosed.) After receiving your full payment, you will be sent the keys by Special Delivery. The Security deposit will be returned as soon as we get the keys back from you and the cleaner has confirmed everything was left in good order. You can also pay by bank transfer in Euros or Sterling- ask us for the bank details.
