La Crabouille - Booking Conditions
The occupier and all other members of his/her party shall take full and sole responsibility for the safety and conduct of themselves. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safe use of the property and its contents.
Arrival times are after 4pm on the start day, with departure by 10am on the last day, to ensure sufficient change-over time between lets.
A security deposit of £200 is payable to cover any breakages. We ask you to leave the property clean and tidy (as you would expect to find it), and if cleaning is nescessary after your departure a £80 fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
For cancellations received more than 8 weeks from the commencement of the letting, only the deposit will be forfeited. Should a cancellation be made after the balance has been paid, then a
refund of the balance will only be made if we are able to re-let the accommodation. If for any reason the letting is cancelled by the landlord all the money paid including the deposit will be
refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Please note the owner lives on site. The number of people staying at the property is strictly limited and must not exceed 21 persons as stated on the property details.
No dogs, tents, camping cars or caravans are allowed.
