Step 1) Find your ideal holiday property

We have many ways in which to help you navigate the more than 3000 properties on our site. 

Our home page has our standard basic search facilities (including dates and locations etc) as well as quick links to our activity and theme pages.

If you require something more specific you can try our Advanced search to find exactly the best property for you.

If you're not sure where to go why not try our region guides, or use our interactive maps to find properties close to airports, cities/towns or places of interest.

Step 2) Read about your chosen property

All of our property pages should provide everything you need to know to help make your decision including information about the property, accommodation features, rates and availability. Some properties have more than one accommodation unit available (for example a large property may have several gites), if this is the case each of them will have their own tariffs and availability and also detail their individual features.

Step 3) Enquire with one or more property owner

We offer a "direct to owner service" for all of our self catering and B&B properties, there are no "middle man" fees charged by French Connections and all communications will be direct with the people you are letting from.  Enquiries made through our site are not necessarily bookings (unless you have specified this at the time of enquiries) you have no obligation to proceed unless confirmed with the owner.  If there is more than one property you are interested you should enquire with each in case one or more is not available at the correct time.

Step 4) Agree payment terms and deposit condition

It is quite normal for owners to request a booking deposit of up to 50% although it is more usually 25% or 33% with the balance payable a few weeks before your holiday commences. Both payments will usually be requested by cheque or bank transfer. (Please be sure to read their terms and conditions if they have any.) Your contact is with the owner not with French Connections.

Step 5) Book transport, insurance and other
