Indeed it seems that winemakers from all over France and beyond are travelling to Roussillon to make wine.
Wine styles vary enormously from perfumed floral dry whites and roses to full bodied earthy, spicy reds (Cote du Roussillon and Cotes du Roussillon Villages) and of course the famous ‘vins doux naturels’ dessert wines (Muscat, Rivesaltes and Banyuls).
