In the sixties this used to be an old liquor factory. Now it is a great house in a quiet street with 700 m² garden, big trees and large terrace with stunning views on castle, sea, mountains and valley. Centre city only 3 minutes away! Beach 5 minutes by bicycle.

Feel at home in our half freestanding house with modern interior and bright colors. In total 75m² surface, 50 meter terrace and more then 750m² garden. The garden is divided in 4 terraces; almost 50 meter deep and 15 meter wide. The view is magnificent. From the terrace you can see the sea and the coastline until Antibes, the old castle of the mediaeval village of Haut the Cagnes and the Alpes. There is a childrens playcorner with a swing, trampoline, table tennis, etc.

Six persons can sleep in the house and enjoy the silence and look at the stars at night.

Everything is well maintained to guarantee a pleasant stay and holiday.

Outside:

In the front garden there are two parking places. Animals are welcome. The house has Wi-fi adsl and a separate computer with Internet. And if you like to chill inside, there is a stereo set, a TV with DVD player and a Playstation 2 with many games.

About the location

We are located on a mountain top, in the small mediaeval village Cagnes sur Mer. The area is very quiet and the Renoir Museum is our neighbour. The view is stunning and unique; you can see the old castle, the sea (until Cap d'Antibes) and the Alpes. Every evening you witness beautiful sunsets.

The vivid centre of Cagnes sur Mer is only 2 minutes down the road. A bus stops in front of the door and brings you to the train station. From here you can easily travel without traffic jams to Italy, Monaco, Nice or Cannes.

How to get here

From Nice Airport, take direction Cagnes sur Mer, centre ville. Then follow the brown signing to 'Musee Renoir'. This is the Chemin des Collettes, where our house is.
