Last September some of the French Connections team spent a day at the Voiles de St Tropez. This is a picture of some of the yachts sailing in in the bay during the regatta which is held every year at the end of September.

The old town of St Tropez serves as an amazing backdrop for this elegant regatta in one of France’s most beautiful bays and the entire port is filled all week with classic sailing yachts which is an amazing site in itself.

The regatta is the final stage of the European Prada Challenge for Classic Yachts and sees both the most modern racing yachts competing as well as the stylish Classic and antique yachts, some over 100 years old.

Don't worry if you don't own a yacht yourself. Join in the fun and sail amongst them on one of the many  specially organised boat trips which can be joined from the quay at St Tropez.
