In a two-page feature in top-selling French Property News magazine, entitled Stealing the Show, Glynis Shaw advises on how to market a holiday let. The article covers everything from marketing strategy and budget to pricing structure; from creating an online listing that works to the importance of good photographs and from keeping a guest book to actively monitoring enquiries.

The article – part three of a bi-monthly series on successful holiday lets – also features two case studies. Le Moulin de la Toulzanie is a riverside millhouse in the Lot that is lyrically portrayed in its online listing by manager Neil Buffee while La Claperie, a Dordogne villa, is presented with the complete marketing package of description, photographs and information.
