From January 2012 regular flights are in service between London City and Brive-Dordogne Valley airport, operated by City Jet. At present there are two flights a week, on Fridays and Sundays, and a more frequent service will be offered from 23rd March for the high season. The new Brive-Dordogne Valley airport was opened in June 2010 and is located between the towns of Brive, Souillac and Sarlat. London City is located in London's Docklands.

For a  short break or a longer holiday, the Dordogne valley has superb food and wine and plenty of treasures to discover. They include breathtaking sites such as Rocamadour, prehistoric cave paintings, magnificent medieval towns and picturesque villages.

The countryside is idyllic with rolling hills and dramatic cliffs overlooking lush, meandering rivers where you can enjoy canoeing, pleasure boats and riverside walks. There are a wealth of cottages, villas and even chateaux for memorable stays for couples, groups and families.

All this is accessible withing a day's drive of the Channel ports and is now also in easy access of central London with the new flights of less than 2 hours, from £55 each way.
