There is so much to do in this fabulous region. Visit nearby Mediterranean beaches like Argeles-Sur-Mer,, stroll the market and have lunch beside the sea in the artists’ fishing port of Collioure, go walking or mountain biking in the hills, play boules, tennis or golf and take a wine-tasting trip. Perpignan and Carcassonne are perfect for an outing, it’s just an hour’s drive to Spain’s Costa Brava and in two hours you can even be in exciting Barcelona.
