I agree to send an electronic transfer for the non-refundable deposit of £____________  (being 25% of the property rental cost) within 5 days of booking, to complete my reservation. Details for the transfer will be supplied on receipt of Booking Form. 

I agree to pay the balance of £____________ plus £ 300 refundable cautionary deposit no later than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday start date. (If booking after 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday start date, the full amount should be sent.) Please Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) The deposit to hold the property (25% of the rental charge) is non-refundable.

2) The balance (75% of the rental charge plus £300 cautionary deposit) is due no later than 8 weeks prior to holiday start-date. The refundable cautionary deposit will be returned within 3 weeks of holiday end date.

3) Cancellations made on or after 6 weeks prior to holiday start-date will incur the full rental costs. Cautionary deposit will be refunded.

4) Bedlinen and personal towels are included in the rental price

5) The properties are cleaned & new bed-linen supplied  at every changeover.  If you are renting the property for more than 2 weeks, then cleaning & bedlinen renewal will occur every fortnight. 

4) We recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.
