Both the Grand Gîte (max 10 people) and Petit Gite (max 4 people) at Festina Lente are available to rent for family fun, romantic breaks or for simply getting away from it all for a week, for long weekends and for midweek getaways.
Once you have confirmed your wish to stay with us here at Festina Lente we will send you a Reservation Confirmation containing all our terms and conditions and the necessary banking details to be able to secure your reservation.
Weekly bookings only during summer season from the end of May to the beginning of September and for Christmas and Easter holidays. You may rent the house for part of the week during these times but will be charged the full weekly rate.
Security deposit 200.00 €. You can choose to pay your 200.00 € security deposit in cash upon arrival (we will accept UK £200 in cash from our British customers) or you can opt to pay € 200.00 at the time you make your final payment 1 month before your arrival date. We return security deposits to our guests in cash the date of your departure, assuming all is in good order in the gîte following a brief inspection.
Bed linen fee 15.00 € per person, per week. We strictly control the cleanliness of our linens for the comfort and benefit of all our guests. We do not permit customers to bring your own bed linens except in the case of babies. Please remember to bring your own kitchen and bath towels. We rent bath towels if required.
Towel rental 15.00 € per person per week. (One large, one small towel).
Pet fee 50.00 € per pet per week. We ask you to please advise which breed of dog you will be bringing. Certain breeds have been banned here in France. These include but are not limited to American Pitbulls, Mastiffs, Tosa Inu and somewhat remarkably - adorable Staffordshire Terriers! Also banned are mixed breeds of these dogs. If in doubt - please check with your vet or responsible agency. We also ask if your dog is inclined to chase chickens then you will need to keep him/her on a leash because you will quite likely encounter free ranging chickens scratching around our courtyard. As a common courtesy to all guests, we ask dog owners to immediately clean up after their pets. Thank you.
Laundry facilities available. 10.00 € per load wash and dry inclusive soap and fabric conditioner.

Festina Lente Terms and Conditions.
To confirm your booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the rent due within 2 business days from receipt of your Reservation Confirmation. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date.
Total balance is non refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of due arrival date. Security deposit and bed linen charges only will be returned if these have been paid at this time.
Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may have.
Time of arrival first day after 1600 hrs. Time of departure last day 1030 hrs. (Please do not forget to return keys).
We are a pet friendly gîte, however pets are not permitted on beds, furniture or upstairs and we ask you to immediately clean up after your pet each and every time it is necessary to do so. Pet fee is 50.00 € per week.

Prior to departure we ask you to ensure the gîte is left broom clean and tidy. Please strip the beds and place bed linens on the floor in the bedrooms.
Smoking is prohibited in our historic buildings. Smoking is permitted outside in the gardens. Please do not throw sanitary towels, baby wipes or other bulky items in our toilets.
Your total holiday price includes heating, electricity, water rates, tourism taxes and the cleaning fee after you leave.
Complimentary games' barn with table tennis and various other activities.
Complimentary Wi-Fi on site.
Free parking on site. Please don't park on the grass and please don't feed the chickens.
